Christmas Time

This marks our second Christmas together as a married couple!  Christmas time has always been so special to me because I love family time.  This year was no exception!  It's easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of buying gifts, but when you are a poor young married couple, you don't have to worry so much about that!  This year we successfully spent quality time with three different families.  Here are some of the holiday pictures!

I love this picture of my parents!

I love this picture because you can see all of the snow outside with the Christmas tree inside!

This was the South's first white Christmas since 1882!  My mom went to bed at 4 AM and it was still raining.. and I was the first one up!  I was so shocked that I screamed!

It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas!

Christmas is almost here! My countdown is now in the single digits!  I can't wait to spend quality time with our families.  We have already spent some good quality time with family that we don't see very often! Here are a few pictures of the BUSY weekend... and at the end is my Christmas gift from Joseph!

Pam's family came to stay in the cabins at Lefleur's state park for their Christmas get-together.  These are a few of the pictures

Half Marathon

After ten weeks of training we finally finished our first half marathon!  Our small group trained together and finished!! It felt like such an accomplishment because last Spring, I could not even run one mile!!  So, that is inspiration for anyone who thinks that they can't do it!  We were also apart of a team formed by my aunt and uncle called The Natural Killer Cells because those are the cancer fighting cells in the body.  Here are a few pictures!!
